Mountain Lakes Lodge is the ideal home lodging base in Grand Lake for all your outdoor activities in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. We are centrally located in the 3 Lakes District of Grand County on the waterway between Shadow Mountain and Lake Granby, only 4 miles from Grand Lake Village and 6 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
Our location features views of Rocky Mountain National Park, the Arapahoe National Forest and the beautiful Never Summer Mountains.
Each cabin (connected in banks) is uniquely decorated, with modern conveniences and old fashioned rustic charm. Most furnishings are original and handmade of Aspen or Pine from the Colorado Rockies.
Most cabins have a gas log fireplace (controlled by thermostat) and French doors leading to a deck with beautiful views of the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area and Rocky Mountain National Park. All cabins have a bathroom with a shower, fully equipped cooking facilities, and small satellite television.
All units have an appropriately sized kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, stove with an oven (two burner cook top in the two small cabins), microwave, coffeemaker (percolator) and toaster. Basic dining ware, cookware and utensils are in each one. Bakeware is available upon request. Charcoal grills are located in your backyard as well as the at the community fire area in front. Please bring your own charcoal. Gas grills are first come first served in the community area and we provide the propane. If you're feeling adventurous, why not cook your meal right on one of the two firepits? Please request grilling utensils and don't use the indoor stuff.
We do not provide daily cleaning service in these unique little housekeeping cabins. All bedding, linens and basic cleaning supplies, such as brooms, dish soap and paper towels, are in each cabin for your convenience. Body soap is provided and shampoo available upon request. Towels may be exchanged a maximum of every other day.
